❗Rules regarding commissions and my art overall❗
- Do NOT trace or copy my art in any form, unless given specific permission from me
- Do NOT steal or claim my art as your own
- taking inspiration such as poses, outfits or hairstyles on my own personal pieces is fine as long as I'm PROPERLY credited, however do not steal pieces or aspects off of my commissioned pieces, because you are then stealing from my clients and their original characters.
- Do NOT repost my artwork on any social media platform unless you are promoting my work or paid for the art piece/commission.
- If you purchased a commission, you MAY print it for personal use however do NOT resell or make profit off my work in anyway without permission.
- Do NOT remove, cover up or manipulate my watermark in any form. you MAY ask for it to be moved to a different spot on the canvas.
- Do NOT rush me or repeatedly ask questions about when I'm going to start or finish. Please remember that I may have multiple people waiting for commissions and there is only one of me, art is a time consuming process. Plus I go through hyper fixations and/or might be busy and if I force myself to do your art, I have a better chance of experiencing burnout and not wanting to do it at all.
- You can not change the oc after I've already started and can not make changes after I've finalized the sketch.
- Yes, you may change the oc, make changes and give details during sketch process or before I've started it.
- i have full rights to my art and may reuse specifically poses for other pieces.
- if you have commissioned a design or tattoo, this MAY be redistributed to others at your own risk. however, obviously don't take credit for my work or resell and direct people to my page. you may use it for your own socials, company or shop, and of course be used as/for a tattoo, etc.

I use the apps procreate & ibis paint for my work, these programs grant me the ability to keep track of how much time I've spent on a commission, and in which determines the final price.!!Be aware I have been working on my art style the majority of my life and it's still changing as I practice!!I have the right to deny any commission if I'm not comfortable with the commission depending on whether or not I believe I can't complete it or feel you won't be satisfied with the results.Please make sure to provide me all of the references I will need to continue. examples such as reference sheets, base or pose references, props, accessories, clothes, hairstyles, skin tone, body type, backgrounds, etc. if you are not thorough or specific with details i won't be able to proceed with your commission.I also provide watermark & body sheet commissions (information regarding those can be found in my discord server)Scavenger hunt/Easter egg:If you have catch/meet me & commission me during a Renaissance Fair/Festival you may receive a discount of removing up to $10 from your commission (I only attend events within US MI).❕Time Estimation❕
Commission waitlist & finish time depends on how many commissions i have to finish before i can get to yours, what you're paying for/how much work I'm given, my motivation and availability.
time could vary from 1-2+ weeks, feel free to check my announcement channel or ask for updates in my discord server.

❗Payment requirements & Refunds❗
base price up front, you'll receive plenty of updates, rough drafts and the final sketch.
after art is finished, your total price will be added up, and you'll receive your commission after the final price has been paid for.you will only receive a full refund if i havent started yet!
if you use my main payment methods (cashapp, venmo, paypal) and you opt out after the sketch process has already started and during the sketch process you may be refunded half/50% of the base price.
other payment methods such as subscriptions and digital items can NOT be refunded,
this includes gumroad items, payhip items, nitro, vrchat+ and robux.
NO refunds if i have already started the rendering processif you opt out you will NOT be given the commission, its as simple as that.if you cannot afford the commission at that time for whatever the reason you may ask to put a TEMPORARY pause on our transaction.
please give an estimation of when we can start again, i will not wait forever and will discard your commission at the 3-month mark. if it's close to that mark and you need more time let me know, I'm willing to negotiate.
